If I am having a dream and then I forget what happened, is that just coincidence or does it mean something? I just remember fast and quick moving. Like everyone was rushing.

I think I know what this means now after typing it. Lately I've been dreaming about this girl... if that helps. Could have nothing to do with that though.

there are several reasons we don't remember dreams , one of them is resistance of unconscious , this unconscious resists our thoughts that we feel shame when we think about it in reality , and you know all or most of our dreams are from unconscious, but when we sleep these thoughts float to surface, while when we wake up they return to o the bottom cause they are painful memories , second ..we forget dreams that cause it depends on our mind working , it something collecting to make an image then after waking up they vanish...

Try leaving a clear glass of water next to your bed on a table make sure it is visible to you before you sleep it will help you remember your dream. The girl is probably someone you don’t know well or it can be a friend but there is a lot you don’t know. The rushing feeling you get is you trying to move faster than your situation allows you to move. Probably because of something else in your life that makes you are not in control. I think you will remember more if you allow yourself a moment before you sleep to focus on what it is you are feeling.

You only dream when in rem sleep....99 percent of us do not remember 99 percent of our dreams. The dream you do remember is the last one before awakening....put a pad and pen near your bed...make sure you concentrate on what you were thinking about when awakening...and write it down...it takes practice but with time, you will remember your dreams.
