I had a dream that I saw someone I know dancing in the streets?

What does it mean if you dream that you're in NYC surrounded by a lot of people, and then you suddenly see an ex-acquaintance that you've met before dancing in the streets of the city with two little kids? They were dancing in a somewhat provocative way. I was sitting in a subway watching them as the person and two kids danced. The man dancing was wearing shorts and tennis shoes.
